It’s beautiful here today. The birds are singing, and there are many different species out and about. This Memorial Day weekend there are many activities to participate in. The first one I recommend is the Cannon Valley Winery in Cannon Falls also featuring live music. I should also mention Falconer’s and Bail’s Wineries. If you like biking or canoeing, bring along your bike or rent a canoe, kayak, or bike in Cannon Falls.

There are several nurseries in the area that specialize in herbs and organic plants. If you’re interested in Blue Grass music, there is non-stop music at Hobgoblin Music just north of Red Wing.

For the Memoral Day Weekend, a two-night reservation will qualify you for a $20 discount!

When you check in, I have several suggestions for dining so hope you can make it.
